After placing your order, simply send us a photo of your pet (phloxumbra@gmail.com) along with your name on the order, and our artist will transform it into a lasting wooden keepsake. Please let us know if you would like it to be used as an ornament so we can attach the proper hanging material. Perfect for displaying in your home or giving as a heartfelt gift.
Production & Shipping:
Since each portrait is made-to-order, please allow approximately 1 week for creation and an additional week for shipping. Upon receiving your order and photo, we will email you an estimated date we will be able to start your piece, ensuring you know exactly when your custom artwork will be ready.
